Dietory provides a platform connecting customers with healthy food restaurants for meal ordering and subscription services. We facilitate the ordering process but are not responsible for meal preparation or delivery quality, which is the responsibility of our partner restaurants.

Orders & Subscriptions
All orders are subject to availability and restaurant operating hours. Subscription plans auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds for cancelled subscriptions are processed according to our refund policy. Delivery times are estimates and may vary.
Limitation of Liability
Dietory is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order or subscription in question.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification. Your continued use of Dietory after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
